About Us
At Leteau, we're proud to be the South West's first dedicated baby spa; a peaceful, purpose-built space for little ones and their parents in central Bristol. Founded by experienced mums and sisters Louise and Jenny, we're a family-run, welcoming business.
Leteau was born from personal experiences of early motherhood. Just two mums navigating the complexities of modern parenting. Leteau is a space for calm and connection.
Louise
Louise is the co-founder of Leteau Baby Spa and, most importantly, a proud mum to two beautiful boys. Early motherhood for Louise was marked by PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and post-natal depression (PND), after experiencing maternal sepsis as well as the challenges of caring for babies with severe reflux. Infant massage was introduced to Louise to help with bonding and cranial osteopathy was key to help both the boys' reflux and torticollis. Before Leteau, Louise worked as a television producer and in content marketing but it was the discovery of the incredible benefits of a baby spa in Holland that Leteau was born.
Jenny
Jenny, co-founder of Leteau Baby Spa is mum to her strong willed toddler. When her daughter was just 6 months old, they experienced first hand the joys of a baby spa in the Netherlands - and it was at that moment, the seed of Leteau was planted. Watching her little one relax and explore movement in the water brought Jenny a sense of calm and connection, during which was a difficult time struggling with PND. This experience inspired Jenny to bring the same calm and healing connection to other parents and their babies through Leteau Baby Spa.
